- Provide early as possible with up-to-date information concerning Tenders so that we may timely take action and make preparations therefore.

- Keep informed of all requirements of the Client in relation to the Tenders and advice on the best way to meet such requirements.

- Make best efforts to render such other services as may be requested in relation to or in connection with the Tenders.

- Report and advice on the process of payment application and any delay in payment of monies.

- Advise on most effective manner of submission of any claims, representation on request for extension of time and securing the issuance of Completion and Maintenance Certificates.

- Participate in bid preparation, bid opening procedure (represent the customer)

- Insure an efficient and Hands-on Follow-up of the tenders through a specific “Follow-up bid evaluation procedure”
